BestGrips.com ships orders using the following services: FedEx Ground and FedEx 2 Day. Stock grip (non-custom) orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from the business day following the order’s placement. Stock headcover (non-custom) orders are typically shipped within 5-10 business days from the business day following the order’s placement. Custom Studio orders can take 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Priority Shipping does not mean expedited shipping. If you need your order quickly, Priority Shipping will mean you order ships faster than free or flat rate shipping. However, it is not a guarantee of immediate shipping. BestGrips is a small operation and we hand make every product. Delays can be experienced. Stock status on the website does not mean the product will ship immediately.
Canadian flat rate orders will be fulfilled with FedEx International Priority and Canadian customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their country. Canadian customers should check with their local government concerning such charges. International orders are shipped via FedEx.
