BestGrips.com ships orders using the following services: USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Stock grip (non-custom) orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days from the business day following the order’s placement. Cover orders are made to order and typically ship within 4 weeks from the business day following the order’s placement. Custom Studio orders (Custom Grips, Custom Covers, Personalized Grips and Personalized Covers) can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. BestGrips is a small operation and we hand make every product. Delays can be experienced. Stock status on the website does not mean the product will ship immediately.
Canadian flat rate orders will be fulfilled with FedEx or DHL and Canadian customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their country. Canadian customers should check with their local government concerning such charges. International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL.
