Returns Policy

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Only products purchased directly from BestGrips.com are eligible for return.

Before mailing your return, please email sales@bestgrips.com.

Defective Goods

Please note: Installation failures are not defective grips. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will check the returned goods and will contact you regarding your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. If the goods are defective, a refund will be issued to you as soon as possible. If a refund or reimbursement is owed to you, we will refund the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a check will be mailed to the address on the order.

Returned Goods

Custom Studio, Stitchworks, or products with any kind of personalization are not eligible for returns. If you choose to return your BestGrips.com product, you MUST include a copy of your original receipt with your return, or a note that includes your invoice number, name, address, phone number, and email address. Please also let us know your reason for the return. Your purchase will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.


Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to BestGrips.com. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the returned items and use adequate packing material. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

BestGrips.com will not accept returns on used items. Should we receive returns that have been used, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the rejected return.
