Return and Refund Policy
Only non-custom club and putter grips, towels, hats, and t-shirts are returnable. Head covers, putter covers, or any item with custom options are final sale, and returns will not be accepted. Sale items, closeout items, seconds, and items a discount code has been used on are also considered "final sale." Items not returnable may not be listed in detail here. If in doubt, use the bold sentence above as the golden rule.Â
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You're responsible for return shipping back to BestGrips. We recommend a service with insurance and tracking.

Items that are returned to us due to not paying customs or other associate carrier fees will be refunded minus shipping costs paid at time of order.Â
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item you ordered is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. BestGrips stands by our products. QC issues will be resolved by replacing them with the same item. Some QC issues can't be determined until the item has been installed, so please weigh that condition before installing the grip.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days, or you will receive your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@bestgrips.com.
Items shipped back without contacting us first that are not eligible for return will be donated to charity.
