ProTack

One of, if not the, most overused terms to describe golf grips is tacky. Every new grips is baiter touted as tacky or featuring a new and improved moisture management system. However, when it comes to rubber grips, that tackiness is applied to the surface and will begin wearing off immediately with use, disappearing when you need it the most.

What is ProTack?

ProTack is a proprietary formula we make in-house that creates tackiness when it reacts with water. We apply it after dying our leather and before we stitch the grips. The ProTack is absorbed, not just applied to the surface, making it last much longer. It also acts as a conditioner for the leather, so ProTack infused grips don't need to be conditioned.

Why moisture activated?

Believe it, or not, a grip can be too tacky. Tack is something you want in a grip when you need it. High pressure moments, humid days and rainy days are all times when you need more tack than usual. By making ProTack moisture activated, the ProTack Infused Grips will get tacky with the sweat on your hands, the humidity in the air, or the rain falling on the grip.
